These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glow Grades ("Service"), operated by Ishita Rastogi. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Glow Grades provides AI-powered adaptive practice tests for students in grades 1–12. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider (Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the period ends.
All content, questions, designs, and code within Glow Grades are the property of Ishita Rastogi and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content is always accurate. Use the Service as a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal education.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishita Rastogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
