Model the atomic composition of molecules

Develop models to describe the atomic composition of simple molecules and extended structures. Clarification: Emphasis on developing models of molecules varying in complexity. Examples include ammonia, methanol, sodium chloride, or diamonds. Models may include drawings, 3D ball-and-stick structures, or computer representations. Assessment Boundary: Does not include valence electrons, bonding energy, ionic nature of complex structure subunits, or complete descriptions of all atoms in complex molecules or extended structures.
